I've subscribed to Backstage.com and logged in, but am still being redirected to the flash screen advertisement for new subscriptions every time I click on a link. It's getting a little annoying having to navigate through that ad with every click. Isn't there a way to get rid of it now that I'm a subscriber?

Your web browser or other security software on your computer may be blocking the "cookies" on BackStage.com and Casting.BackStage.com. This could cause the site to continually see you as being a first-time visitor, and might result in the same full-screen ads being shown to you over and over again, as you’ve described.
If your web browser or security software is blocking Back Stage’s cookies, this could also cause log-in problems for you as well – you could end up having to log in over and over again, instead of just needing to log in once per visit. Are you experiencing any log-in problems like this?
Please see the following two articles, which will help you to make sure that your web browser is set up to allow/enable cookies:

I've started my Backstage.com account, & saved several Casting Notices in my Inbox. However, when I try to access my Inbox, there is no prompt anywhere to get me to my Inbox. How do I access my Inbox?

Hello,
To access your Saved Notices Inbox, first visit your Career Center/Actor’s Toolbox at http://www.backstage.com/bso/castingcall/toolbox.
Then click on the Casting Notices Inbox option.
Here’s the direct link to the Inbox: http://casting.backstage.com/JobSeeker/AccessJobSeekerInboxForm.asp
Thank you,

When I try to visit the message boards, I receive this Error:
"We're sorry, but your IP address (XX.XXX.XX.XXX) has been banned by this community. This means that you may not login or register as long as you are online with this IP address.
For further assistance, please contact the community administrators"
Who are the community administrators, and how can I contact them?

Where do I find the information that used to be included in the Backstage Bulletins area? For example Q&A's, events, etc.

I am a new member and just tried logging in and that worked, but when I click to any other page it was blank. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi,
I am subscribed to get your daily enews but can't log into the site? I'm not sure whether I have a full subscription or not?
Cheers
Bobbi-Lea :)
